Big Juicy Fashion 7-Day Return Policy For Store Credit

At Big Juicy Fashion, we want you to love your purchase! If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your items, we offer a straightforward 7-day store credit return policy to ensure your shopping experience is as enjoyable as possible.

Return Period:

• You have 7 days from the date of delivery to return your purchase for store credit.

Eligibility for Returns:

• Items must be returned within 7 days of the delivery date.
• Items must be in their original, unworn, and unwashed condition with all tags still attached.
• Please include the original receipt or proof of purchase with your return.

Non-Returnable Items:

• Sale items or clearance items.
• Gift cards.
• Items that have been worn, washed, or altered.

How to Return:

1. Prepare Your Return: Repack the item(s) in their original packaging.
2. Contact Us For Return Instructions
3. Ship Your Return: Send your return package to the address provided on the return form we send you. We recommend using a trackable shipping service for your protection.

Return Shipping Costs:

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong item sent, defective item).

Refunds:

• Once we receive your return, we will process it within 5-7 business days for store credit. 
• Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Exchanges:

• We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the replacement.
