Big Juicy Fashion 7-Day Return Policy

At Big Juicy Fashion, we want you to love your purchase! If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your items, we offer a straightforward 7-day return policy for store credit to ensure your shopping experience is as enjoyable as possible.

Return Period:

• You have 7 days from the date of delivery to return your purchase for store credit.

Eligibility for Returns:

• Items must be returned within 7 days of the delivery date.
• Items must be in their original, unworn, and unwashed condition with all tags still attached.
• Please include the original receipt or proof of purchase with your return.
• Swimwear is non-returnable.

Non-Returnable Items:

• Sale items or clearance items.
• Gift cards.
• Items that have been worn, washed, or altered.
• Swimwear

How to Return:

1. Prepare Your Return: Repack the item(s) in their original packaging.
2. Contact Us For Return Instructions
3. Ship Your Return: Send your return package to the address provided on the return form we send you. We recommend using a trackable shipping service for your protection.

Return Shipping Costs:

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong item sent, defective item).

Refunds:

• Once we receive your return, we will process it within 5-7 business days.
• Refunds will be via store credit.
• Shipping charges are non-refundable.
• Swimwear is non-refundable.

Exchanges:

• We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the replacement.
